We are working on behalf of one of the UK’s leading developers who are looking to strengthen their Midlands commercial team with the appointment of a Senior Quantity Surveyor.

You will be the commercial lead on a 500 residential scheme in Stratford. This is a new project for you to pick up and drive forward. The project is at groundworks stage currently.

They are looking to offer an attractive salary of £80,000 per annum + a handsome package on top.

You will need to have worked for other leading national housebuilders to be considered for this role.
