We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a well-established residential housebuilder, overseeing the delivery of a new-build housing development.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and quality-driven construction professional to take ownership of site operations and deliver high-quality homes from inception through to completion.

The Role
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the development, ensuring construction is delivered safely, efficiently, on programme and within budget.

Key responsibilities:

Take full responsibility for the daily running and management of the construction site.
Coordinate subcontractors, trades and suppliers to ensure build programmes and deadlines are achieved.
Maintain high standards of health and safety, site housekeeping and regulatory compliance.
Monitor construction quality, workmanship and progress throughout all stages of the build.
Manage resources, materials and labour to maximise productivity and minimise delays.
Liaise with Contracts Managers, commercial teams and technical departments to ensure smooth project delivery.
Oversee plot completions, inspections and handovers to ensure homes meet required standards.
Maintain accurate site records, reports and progress updates.
About You
Proven experience as a Site Manager within residential housebuilding.
Strong knowledge of traditional build construction methods.
Excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills.
A thorough understanding of health and safety legislation and quality control.
Ability to manage subcontractors and drive programme performance.
SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications.
A proactive approach with a strong commitment to delivering quality homes.
