I have a Project Manager vacancy available in Loughborough for a residential developer. My client will consider a strong Senior Site Manager looking to take a step up.

I am working closely with the construction manager, this site is a mixture of traditional build and timber frame.

Duties:

– Take full responsibility for delivering high-value projects (£400m+) safely, on time and within budget
– Lead and inspire site teams including subcontractors, assistants, and trainees
– Ensure quality through full use of ISO systems and SnagR
– Coordinate programmes, manage site standards and champion compliance
– Collaborate with internal teams, clients and consultants to overcome challenges and meet targets
