Working as part of a small team, you’ll gain exposure to every stage of the development process, from planning and design through to technical delivery and construction. The Role
As Planning & Technical Assistant, you’ll support the successful delivery of residential developments across the portfolio, assisting with both planning and technical functions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with the discharge of planning conditions and planning submissions.
  • Preparing documentation for meetings, planning applications and consultant instructions.
  • Supporting design development and scheme reviews alongside architects and consultants.
  • Coordinating with engineers, architects and technical specialists as projects progress towards construction.
  • Assisting with material specifications and product sourcing.
  • Managing workloads effectively to support project deadlines and business objectives.
  • Representing the business professionally when engaging with external stakeholders.

About You
We’re keen to speak with graduates or candidates in the early stages of their career who have a genuine passion for property development, planning, design and construction.

You’ll also possess:

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • A proactive and enthusiastic approach to learning.
  • An interest in UK planning policy and residential development.
  • The ability to interpret technical drawings and information.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good Microsoft Office skills, with CAD experience advantageous.
