Ready to step up and take the lead? We’re looking for a confident Senior Planner to join a fast-paced consultancy team delivering high-quality work across residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.

This is a hands-on role with real influence — you’ll be trusted to lead projects, advise clients, and help drive growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading planning applications and appeals from strategy through to decision
• Delivering clear, commercially focused advice to a diverse client base
• Producing concise, high-quality planning reports and statements
• Acting as a key client contact and building strong relationships
• Working closely with local authorities, stakeholders, and consultants
• Supporting and mentoring junior planners
• Getting involved in business development and winning new work

What You’ll Bring

• Degree (and ideally postgraduate) in Town Planning or related field
• MRTPI (or close to achieving it)
• Strong experience in consultancy or local authority planning
• Solid knowledge of the UK planning system
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects with confidence and pace
• Commercial mindset and a proactive approach
