We are working in partnership with a highly regarded UK residential developer to recruit New Homes Sales Executives across multiple developments in Nottinghamshire
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business with an excellent pipeline of developments, offering strong earning potential and a rewarding, customer-focused role.
The Role
As a Sales Executive, you will take full ownership of the customer journey, from initial enquiry through to completion, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the full sales process from enquiry to legal completion
- Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the buying journey
- Conducting viewings and showcasing show homes and developments
- Achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Promoting and selling optional extras to maximise revenue
- Encouraging the use of recommended mortgage advisors and solicitors
- Driving exchanges within agreed timeframes (including 6-week targets)
- Maintaining accurate records using CRM systems
- Ensuring the sales office and show homes are presented to a high standard
Requirements
- Essential: Previous experience in New Homes Sales with either a Developer or Estate Agent
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to upsell
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Professional, driven, and customer-focused approach
- IT literate and experienced with CRM systems
- Full UK driving licence and flexibility to work weekends
Package
- £32,000 basic salary
- Uncapped commission structure
- Bonus incentives including:
- Use of recommended IFA and solicitors
- Achieving 6-week exchanges
- Sale of extras and upgrades
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays
- Company pension (4% contribution)

Working Hours
- Thursday to Monday
- 10:30am – 5:30pm
- 45-minute lunch break
