Group Senior Architectural Technician (Revit) | Housebuilder | Midlands | £60k+P

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Produce detailed construction drawings, and technical documentation for both and bespoke standard house types accurately.
Identify and resolve technical issues during the design phase to ensure design feasibility and compliance.
Work closely with structural engineers, suppliers, and regional technical teams to ensure designs are coordinated and aligned with project objectives.
Support the Group Architectural Manager in implementing quality control measures.
REQUIREMENTS:

Experience in working for a housebuilder or consultancy providing services to a housebuilder is essential.
Have a minimum HND/HNC or equivalent in Architecture or Construction.
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
To be aware of emerging and changing legislation, and demonstrate excellent knowledge of Building Regulations and NHBC Standards.
