I’m recruiting for a Regional Sales Executive role, covering four key developments within the WF postcode area. This floating position is designed for a high-performer seeking variety and a clear path to a permanent, dedicated site within 6 to 12 months as the regional pipeline expands.
Working Pattern: Thursday to Monday, 10:00 – 17:00.
Location: Supporting diverse sites across the WF postcode area and West Yorkshire.
Earnings: Realistic OTE of £60,000+.
Commission & Bonuses: Includes monthly plot commission (circa £1,000) and a quarterly KPI bonus of £5,250 tied to volume targets and customer service ratings.
