We are supporting a National Housebuilder recruit to Sales Advisor positions across multiple locations in SE Kent, full details below:

Site locations

• Ramsgate

Working weekly rota? 

• Thursday to Monday, 1 in 8 weekends off (if you opt in)

Basic salary/OTE earning? 

• Basic is between £30-32k
• OTE of between £55-60k
• 25p per mile mileage
• Commission on house extras sold

Plot commissions is paid monthly 

• Exchanges
• Completions
• Extra’s

Bonus’s are paid quarterly

• Reservation bonus
• Customer care bonus
• Sales director discretional bonus
