New Homes Sales Executive – Brand New Flagship Development
Location: Corby | OTE: £65,000+ (Uncapped Commission) | Hours: Thursday – Monday

The Opportunity
Are you a high-performing Sales Executive looking for a site you can truly call your own?

We are representing one of the UK’s premium housebuilders, known for their commitment to high-specification craftsmanship and building vibrant communities. This developer is offering a unique opportunity to join a major flagship project in Corby, providing a stable and lucrative career path with a massive pipeline of work.

This is a site-specific position where you will lead the launch of a significant new community, acting as the face of the brand and taking full ownership of a premium development of 161 units.

The Role
This is a high-profile site offering you the autonomy to manage your own workspace and drive results from the ground up. You will be the primary point of contact for the entire customer journey, guiding buyers through a diverse range of 1 to 5-bedroom homes from their initial off-plan enquiry to the final legal completion and handover.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing the end-to-end sales process for a high-volume, premium development.
Proactively managing all enquiries, converting web leads and walk-ins into firm reservations.
Guiding purchasers through financial qualification, selection of options/extras, and construction progress updates.
Liaising with solicitors, financial advisors, and estate agents to ensure a smooth exchange and completion process.
Staying abreast of local market trends and competitor activity in the Corby region to position homes effectively.
Working closely with the Site Manager to ensure a seamless transition for the customer from the sales office to their new home.

Candidate Profile
Experience: Previous experience in New Homes Sales is highly preferred. However, we will consider exceptional talent from Estate Agency or Automotive Sales backgrounds who possess a “hunger” for success and a proven track record of closing high-value deals.
Knowledge: A solid grasp of the legal property process and the nuances of the property market.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are vital for building trust with clients.
Reliability: You must be disciplined, proactive, and capable of managing your own time and workload.
Professionalism: A polished and welcoming demeanor is non-negotiable as you represent the brand.
Flexibility: Ability to work every weekend to align with peak customer visiting hours (standard rota is Thursday – Monday with 1 in 6 weekends off).

This is a unique opportunity to lead a massive 161-unit flagship development set within 907 acres of parkland. You will be working for a developer that values premium quality and rewards high-performance with one of the most competitive commission structures in the industry.

Competitive Salary & Commission: £30,000 basic with a realistic OTE of £65,000+ through a completely uncapped commission scheme.
Rewarding Structure: £1,000 commission per plot (50% on exchange/50% on completion) plus a quarterly bonus of up to £2,500.
Extra Earning Potential: 5% commission on all net costs for house extras and options sold.
