New Homes Sales Executive – Brand New Development
Location: Cambridge | OTE: £60,000+ (Uncapped Commission) | Hours: Thursday – Monday

This is a site-specific position where you will act as the face of the brand and take full ownership of a premium development.
The Role
This is a single-manned site, offering you the autonomy to manage your own workspace and drive results. You will be the sole point of contact for the entire customer journey, guiding buyers from their initial enquiry to the final legal completion and handover.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing the end-to-end sales process for a premium development.
Proactively managing all enquiries, converting web leads and walk-ins into firm reservations.
Guiding purchasers through financial qualification, selection of options/extras, and construction progress updates.
Liaising with solicitors, financial advisors, and estate agents to ensure a smooth exchange and completion process.
Staying abreast of local market trends and competitor activity in the region to position homes effectively.
Working closely with the Site Manager to ensure a seamless transition for the customer from the sales office to their new home.
Experience: Previous experience in New Homes Sales is essential.
Knowledge: A solid grasp of the legal property process and the nuances of the property market.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are vital for building trust with high-value clients.
Reliability: As this is a single-manned site, you must be disciplined, proactive, and capable of managing your own time.
Professionalism: A polished and welcoming demeanor is non-negotiable as you will represent the brand.
Flexibility: Ability to work every weekend to align with peak customer visiting hours.

Competitive Salary & Commission: £30,000 basic with a realistic OTE of £60,000+ through a completely uncapped commission scheme.
