Technical Coordinator | Regional Housebuilder | Bristol | £50k+P

RESPONSIBILITIES:

·        To work closely within the Region to understand their Technical needs and to act as a key link back into the Central Technical Team to ensure workloads are prioritised and met

·        To help determine and manage consultant and sub-contractor proposals in conjunction with the Technical team

·        To ensure all approvals are obtained and information received and issued to allow for a prompt start on site.

·        To make decisions on an Area and Regional level on all Technical matters

REQUIREMENTS:

·        Have experience as a Technical Coordinator with a housebuilder, consultancy or in a related field

·        To have an all-round knowledge of technical issues including a good understanding of Building Regulations / NHBC standards

·        To be qualified to HND/HNC or degree level and /or have corporate membership of a recognised professional institute

·        To be able to input and help determine and manage consultant and sub-contractor proposals in conjunction with the Technical team
