I am supporting a leading Residential Developer that are looking for International Sales Consultants ideally to focus on Turkey and Middle East markets.

They are renowned for operating throughout London, Cambridge & Western Regions of the UK. At this current time Cambridge region focus is a current need. Lots of sites in Cambridge and new ones starting in new year also

Sales consultants usually float but have a main focus site, usually float around London sites couple days a week and on a defined site couple days a week. However can be based of focused site full time. Head office once every other week (not always) for meetings

Can be based off any site London site or full time off focused site

Do a lot off plan sales

5 days a week must include Saturday, some Sundays off and 1 in 4 weekends off
9.30-5.30 typical hours but can be flexi
Salary is £30-36k
Travel allowance 6k
Travel card (trains) also
Plot rates and teams Poole comms (25-35k OTE typically)
