A prestigious 5-star housebuilder is seeking a Technical Manager to lead the design delivery of an RC-framed residential regeneration scheme in Central London.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Manage technical design from planning to handover

·       Coordinate architectural, structural & MEP consultants

·       Resolve technical issues and ensure buildability

·       Ensure compliance with regulations & NHBC standards

·       Maintain design programmes and support site teams

Requirements:

·       Proven experience in a technical role with a major housebuilder or developer

·       Strong knowledge of RC-frame construction

·       Confident in managing consultants and resolving design challenges

·       Extensive knowledge of Building Regs

·       Relevant design or technical degree (preferred)
