I’m working with a leading Residential Developer in the region who is in need of Assistant Site Managers for a projects in Lincolnshire & Cambridgeshire, offering certain promotion to SM if desired.

Projects

• 100 unit scheme. 1 year, further sites in Boston/Spalding/Crowland area. Starting on site now
• 175 unit scheme 3 years. Start on site.
• 110 unit scheme 2.5 years. Start on site
• 200 units scheme. 4 years. Start on site.

On offer is £40-£55k basic, £4.5k ca or company car, £1.5k bonus per quarter paid the following month

Based on the below criteria:

• H&S above 85%
• NHBC customer satisfaction above 90%
• 4-week CML’s achieved in line with the build programme
• Non-Productive spend within the period

Additional bonuses are paid for achievement of LABC/NHBC awards. Starting at £2.5k up to £10k.
