Senior Site Manager (will lead to CM if desire)

I’m working with a leading Residential Developer in the region who is in need of a Senior Site Manager for a project in Norwich, offering certain promotion to PM/CM if desired.

The project is entering phase 2 of a 4-phase scheme, which is 300 plots remaining. Totalling 5 years work. Opportunity to progression to PM/CM is a certain too.

On offer is £70-£85k basic, above 75k considered on the basis of soon being promoted to PM/CM. £5.5k ca or company car, £3k bonus per quarter paid the following month

Based on the below criteria:

• H&S above 85%
• NHBC customer satisfaction above 90%
• 4-week CML’s achieved in line with the build programme
• Non-Productive spend within the period

Additional bonuses are paid for achievement of LABC/NHBC awards. Starting at £2.5k up to £10k.
