Senior Technical Coordinator | Berkshire | £60k Plus package

A Senior Technical Coordinator is sought for a market-leading developer based in Berkshire. This region specialises in large-scale traditional build developments and covers the Berkshire and Oxfordshire areas.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

–            Chair design team meetings

–            Coordinate consultants

–            Attend weekly site visits

–            Liaise with local authorities

–            Produce cost effective and timely solutions to technical issues

Candidates must have experience in the delivery of developer-led schemes either as an existing Technical Coordinator or a Job running Architect/Technologist. Confidence across all packages and an understanding of utilities and section agreements are also a requisite of this role.
