Engineer | Suffolk | Leading Developer

An Engineer is sought for one of the country’s top residential developers, a well-established business with over 40 years in the industry. As part of the Technical team, you will report to a Technical Manager, coordinating all Civil Engineering elements for 5* homes.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Coordinate consultants
• Site investigations
• Liaison with local authorities
• Land appraisals
• Production of Layouts and working drawings

Candidates must have experience working on mid-large scale traditional residential schemes and be confident in their knowledge of utilities. Although experience working for a developer is preferable, this is a great opportunity for an individual working for a consultancy to make the  switch.

Offering £40k to £50k plus travel, bonus and benefits package
