Our client, a leading 5 * Developer who is arguably one of the best in the UK. They are seeking experienced consultants to join them on sites based in Market Harborough! The successful candidate will bring experience in New Homes Sales, ideally working for a developer on-site, and will be comfortable managing both single and double-manned sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all sales activities for allocated developments, including lead management, customer appointments, reservations, sales transactions, legal completions, and selling finishing touches to meet sales targets.
• Oversee communication and administrative tasks related to sales transactions, working with solicitors, estate agents, and mortgage advisers to ensure timely exchanges (within 42 days), accurate documentation, and audit compliance.
• Maintain communication with customers to ensure a seamless pre-move and after-sales experience, enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with departments such as Construction, Commercial, and Legal to ensure completion targets are met and plot progress is accurately tracked.
• Complete weekly competitor reports to ensure competitive pricing and a strong value proposition against local new-build competitors.

Experience, Qualifications, and Skills:

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
• Previous experience in New Homes Sales with a residential developer.
• Commercially astute with a solid understanding of the market and competitors.
• Ability to build strong relationships internally and externally.

On Offer:

• 5-day working week, including weekends.
• £30,000  salary (DOE).
• £60,000 OTE.
