An Exciting and exclusive opportunity to join a brilliant privately owned company who over the years have developed one of the best reputations within the New Homes Industry. They are searching for a New Homes Sales Consultant to join their dynamic team on a permanent basis. This role is based on-site at their development in Crowborough!

The successful candidate will bring experience in New Homes Sales, ideally working for a developer on-site, and will be comfortable managing both single and double-manned sites. A passion for sales, excellent customer service skills, and effective communication with all involved in the sales process are essential.

As the face of the company in the sales arena, you will ensure that customers receive a warm welcome and a 5* service. You will be responsible for meeting sales targets through effective negotiation and selling of plots, ensuring all sales comply with the New Homes Quality Code.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all sales activities for allocated developments, including lead management, customer appointments, reservations, sales transactions, legal completions, and selling finishing touches to meet sales targets.
  • Oversee communication and administrative tasks related to sales transactions, working with solicitors and mortgage advisers to ensure timely exchanges. Accurate documentation, and audit compliance.
  • Collaborate with departments such as Construction, Commercial, and Legal to ensure completion targets are met and plot progress is accurately tracked.
  • Complete weekly competitor reports to ensure competitive pricing and a strong value proposition against local new-build competitors.

Experience, Qualifications, and Skills:

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Previous experience in New Homes Sales with a residential developer.
  • Commercially astute with a solid understanding of the market and competitors.
  • Ability to build strong relationships internally and externally.

On Offer:

  • 5-day working week, including weekends.
  • Up to £33,000 Base Salary (DOE).
  • £60,000 OTE.
