A Chance to join one of the Largest Developers in the country on some exciting New Developments across Blackburn an the surrounding areas. Ideally you will have some experience and will be looking to be to “Go To” person for a new development helping with the management of day to day business. offering an amazing base salary and a brilliant OTE with the chance to prove your management capability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all sales activities for allocated developments, including lead management, customer appointments, reservations, sales transactions, legal completions, and selling finishing touches to meet sales targets.
  • Keep the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system updated to track the customer journey and provide timely, accurate management information.
  • Maintain communication with customers to ensure a seamless pre-move and after-sales experience, enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with departments such as Construction, Commercial, and Legal to ensure completion targets are met and plot progress is accurately tracked.

Experience, Qualifications, and Skills:

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Previous experience in New Homes Sales with a residential developer.
  • Commercially astute with a solid understanding of the market and competitors.
  • Ability to build strong relationships internally and externally.

On Offer:

  • 5-day working week, including weekends.
  • £28,000 salary (DOE).
  • £55,000.
  • Company benefits package
