A chance to join a brilliant 5* Developer across WESSEX who is searching for an experiences Sales Advisor to join there team covering multiple developments.
The successful candidate will bring extensive experience in New Homes Sales, particularly with residential developers. The on-site sales team is well-supported by management, with clear opportunities for career progression within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage sales activities for assigned developments, including lead management, customer appointments, reservations, sales transactions, legal completions, and the sale of finishing touches to meet sales targets.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by effectively managing pre-move and after-sales communication, enhancing the overall customer experience.
- Conduct weekly competitor analysis reports to ensure competitive pricing and an accurate value proposition compared to local new-build competitors.
- Ensure the Sales & Marketing suite and show homes are maintained to meet brand and company standards.
Experience, Qualifications, and Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Previous experience in New Homes Sales, working for a residential developer.
- Commercially astute with a solid understanding of the housing market and competitors.
- Ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally.
On Offer:
- 5-day working week, including weekends. (Thurs-Mon)
- £30,000 basic salary (DOE).
- Guaranteed £1500 P/M comms.
