This is an exciting opportunity to join on of the best London Developers as there New Sales Team Leader! As a Sales Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and providing
exceptional customer service to prospective buyers.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience as a successful lead consultant within a housebuilding organization
  • Strong knowledge of the new homes property market
  • Expertise in high-volume sales and managing site consultants
  • Excellent skills in reporting, communication, and strategy implementation

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage on-site sales teams to meet and exceed targets
  • Mentor Sales Negotiators
  • Conduct market research and develop sales strategies for all sites
  • Create pricing models and ensure sites are presented to the highest standards
  • Manage weekly reporting and work closely with marketing teams to ensure up-to-date collateral
  • Promote a top-tier customer journey experience

Benefits:

  • £38,000 Base Salary (DOE)
  • Up to £75,000 OTE minimum
  • 1 weekend off per month
