A chance to join a fantastic privately owned developer with sites across Watford! This is a great opportunity for a successful Sales Consultant  to make a mark on the industry and “Fill there boots” with sales!

As the face of the company in the sales arena, you will ensure that customers receive a warm welcome and a 5* service. You will be responsible for meeting sales targets through effective negotiation and selling of plots, ensuring all sales comply with the New Homes Quality Code.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all sales activities for allocated developments, including lead management, customer appointments, reservations, sales transactions, legal completions, and selling finishing touches to meet sales targets.
  • Keep the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system updated to track the customer journey and provide timely, accurate management information.
  • Collaborate with departments such as Construction, Commercial, and Legal to ensure completion targets are met and plot progress is accurately tracked.
  • Complete weekly competitor reports to ensure competitive pricing and a strong value proposition against local new-build competitors.

Experience, Qualifications, and Skills:

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Previous experience in New Homes Sales with a residential developer.
  • Commercially astute with a solid understanding of the market and competitors.
  • Ability to build strong relationships internally and externally.

On Offer:

  • 5-day working week, including weekends.
  • £34,000 salary (DOE).
