As the face of the company in the sales arena, you will ensure that customers receive a warm welcome and a 5* service. You will be responsible for meeting sales targets through effective negotiation and selling of plots, ensuring all sales comply with the New Homes Quality Code.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all sales activities for allocated developments, including lead management, customer appointments, reservations, sales transactions, legal completions, and selling finishing touches to meet sales targets.
  • Oversee communication and administrative tasks related to sales transactions, working with solicitors, estate agents, and mortgage advisers to ensure timely exchanges (within 42 days), accurate documentation, and audit compliance.
  • Maintain communication with customers to ensure a seamless pre-move and after-sales experience, enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Complete weekly competitor reports to ensure competitive pricing and a strong value proposition against local new-build competitors.
  • Maintain the customer hub and show homes in line with company and brand standards.

Experience, Qualifications, and Skills:

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Previous experience in New Homes Sales with a residential developer.
  • Commercially astute with a solid understanding of the market and competitors.
  • Ability to build strong relationships internally and externally.

On Offer:

  • 5-day working week, including weekends.
  • £36,000 Base (DOE).
  • £65,000 OTE.
