New Homes Sales Consultant | Yorkshire | £60,000 OTE
A leading Tier 1 residential developer is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented New Homes Sales Consultant based on Numerous sites across Yorkshire.
The successful candidate will bring experience in New Homes Sales, ideally working for a developer on-site, and will be comfortable managing both single and double-manned sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all sales activities for allocated developments, including lead management, customer appointments, reservations, sales transactions, legal completions, and selling finishing touches to meet sales targets.
- Maintain communication with customers to ensure a seamless pre-move and after-sales experience, enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with departments such as Construction, Commercial, and Legal to ensure completion targets are met and plot progress is accurately tracked.
- Maintain the customer hub and show homes in line with company and brand standards.
Experience, Qualifications, and Skills:
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Previous experience in New Homes Sales with a residential developer.
- Commercially astute with a solid understanding of the market and competitors.
- Ability to build strong relationships internally and externally.
On Offer:
- 5-day working week, including weekends.
- up to £30,000 base Salary DOE
- £60,000 OTE
