I am recruiting for a well respected homebuilder with an established reputation for building outstanding quality family homes and providing excellent customer service. Currently seeking a strong Assistant QS out of the Warwickshire region

The successful candidate will have experience of surveying work in housebuilding, associated procedures and practices including subcontract procurement, valuation of subcontractor payment applications, negotiation of final accounts and preparation of monthly cost reports. The candidate will be responsible for running a number of developments across the region working cohesively with the land, technical, construction and sales teams respectively.  You will also assist in maintaining the regions portfolio house type cost database used for future land acquisitions.
