Sales Manager | Berkshire | £80,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Sales Director to develop and implement targeted marketing.
- Attend launches and promotional events for your developments and support others as required, representing the brand with professionalism.
- Drive Sales Performance by ensuring each development meets monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for reservations, completions, exchange timescales, forward sales, and inventory turnover.
- Conduct Market Monitoring by regularly reviewing competitor sites, product offerings, and promotions, sharing insights in sales meetings to stay competitive.
- Prepare Reports with valuable insights and key performance metrics to the Head of Sales.
- Engage in Meetings such as marketing, sales, and interdepartmental discussions, actively contributing ideas and solutions.
- Ensure Presentation across all sites, including show homes, sales suites, and team presentation, are consistently excellent.
- Establish Estate Agency Networks by coordinating with the Sales Director to build and maintain relationships.
