Architectural Design Manager | Marlow | Commercial Developer | £55k+P

Overview:

·        Oversee and manage the architectural design process for all projects, working closely with the team to ensure it fully meets the brief.

·        Prepare, review and support planning applications, producing presentation work and design and access statements to enhance the application documents.

·        Ensure all designs comply with relevant building regulations, fire codes, health and safety standards, etc.

·        Value engineering

·        Identify cost effective design solutions and materials without compromising on quality, aesthetics or functionality.

·        Keep up to date with industry trends, new technologies and best practices in architecture and design.

Ideally you will have:

·        Experience; design management, preferably with commercial property fit or development.

·        Knowledge; of building codes, regulations, planning applications and construction processes in commercial environments.

·        Software; working knowledge of AutoCAD, Adobe products, Revit and Sketch Up.

·        Communication; excellent verbal and written communication and enjoys collaborating across teams.
