WRG is supporting one of our long standing clients with their ambitious growth plans for the future. They are one of the UK’s fasted growing residential developers/ main contractors who operate across London & the South East

Our client has developed a reputation for the excellent quality of the homes they build, their sustainable building practices and award winning customer service.

The Role

They are now looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to oversee a range of new build residential projects across East London. The project is an RC Frame blocks of flats consisting of 935 units in total. The project is already under way and has 4 years until completion.

Requirements

• Experience on RC frame projects
• Experience of the JCT contract – preferably some experience with on a joint venture but not absolute requirement
• Recognised BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying or similar
• Strong Commercial background with experience working with a contractor or residential developer
• Bonus education: RICS or MSc in Construction Law & Dispute Resolution

Package

• £65,000 – £75,000 Base Salary
• £6,900 Car Allowance
• All Travel Paid For
• Bonus
• Healthcare
