Our client is a building contractor based that specialises in high-end/ Super Prime Residential Construction and bespoke joinery. The company has been established for 10+ years and has since built a reputation for delivering quality services in the residential sector across the South West of England

The Role

Due to a recent project win in Yeovil our client needs a Quantity Surveyor to join the team and be based on this one project.

The project is a £15 million refurbishment to an existing property + building a new out house which will include a swimming pool. The project is expected to last 3 years an only started on site 13^th of January 2025.

The current site team includes a Senior PM (who comes from a Commercial background), a PM, and 2 Site Managers.

Salary

My client can offer an expected salary range of between £65,000 – £70,000 + package. They also offer the option to work from home 2 days a week.
