Technical Coordinator | Tier 1 Developer | South East London | £60k+P

Key aspects of role:

·        Provide back up to Technical Manager / Senior Technical Manager on project running

·        activities

·        Check all consultant’s drawings & documents relevant to the packages you are working on.

·        Provide comments on behalf of BHET.

·        Issue drawings and information for tendering and construction purposes ensuring all information is up to date and to the correct revisions.

·        Ensure enquiries and applications go to statutory service companies and local authorities.

·        Liaise with architects, engineers (all consultants) and sub-contractors for information.

·        Deal with site queries.

·        Check conveyance plans.

·        Check brochure plans and other marketing collateral.

·        Internal liaison with land and planning, surveyors, construction, commercial and sales departments.

·        Collate and maintain the Technical Specifications.

·        Obtain postal addresses.

·        Attend and minute Design Team Meetings and workshops.

·        Produce and maintain Technical Sales Specification.

·        Provide sustainability information to Sustainability Manager.

·        Assist in the compilation of O + M manuals.

·        Carry out as-built demise checks against brochure.
