As part of the Sales and Marketing team, you’ll report directly to the Sales and Marketing Director. This role involves regular site visits, head office reporting, and flexible home working, managing on-site teams of Sales Negotiators.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Proven background as a Sales Manager within a housebuilder
• Extensive knowledge of the new homes property market
• Experience with high-volume sales and managing site consultants
• Strong reporting, communication, and strategy execution skills
• Positive, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
• UK driving license required

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage on-site sales teams to achieve targets
• Recruit, coach, and mentor Sales Negotiators
• Conduct market research and create a sales strategy for all sites
• Develop pricing models and ensure top-notch site presentation
• Oversee weekly reporting and coordinate with marketing teams to keep collateral up to date
• Champion an exceptional customer journey
