Location: Nottingham (Home-based or Hybrid after inductions / training)
Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 + car allowance
Benefits: 36 days annual leave, mileage reimbursement, 5% pension contribution, overnight allowance

The Role
Due to continued growth, we are recruiting a Fire Risk Assessor to join the team. The role involves conducting Fire Risk Assessments and providing expert advice to ensure compliance with fire safety legislation.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Fire Risk Assessments for various property types, including care homes, schools, and offices.
- Develop Fire Evacuation Strategies and provide practical, cost-effective fire safety solutions.
- Identify fire safety risks and recommend tailored corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with relevant fire safety regulations and British Standards.
What’s Required
- Proven experience conducting Fire Risk Assessments, especially for high-risk premises.
- A recognized fire safety qualification (e.g., NEBOSH Certificate in Fire Safety & Risk Management).
- Membership with a recognized fire safety body (e.g., IFE or IFSM) or working towards it.
- Strong knowledge of fire safety regulations and best practices.
- Full UK driving license and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
