We have a strong presence in the housebuilding and built environment sector, and supply some of the UK’s leading developers/contractors. Due to continued growth, we are now expanding to the South West and opening an office in the Bristol/Portishead region.

No two days will be the same as you navigate through the fast-paced world of construction recruitment, building strong relationships and guiding candidates through their job search. With your passion for people and understanding of the construction sector, you will play a vital role in shaping the workforce of our clients. Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates in the construction industry
Source and screen candidates through various methods including job boards, networking, and social media
Conduct interviews and assessments to identify candidates’ skills and suitability for roles
Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to placement
Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout their job search journey
Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to advise clients effectively
Collaborate with your team to meet recruitment targets and enhance service quality

Requirements

Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the construction industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build relationships and network effectively
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Familiarity with recruitment software and job boards
A proactive approach coupled with a positive attitude

In return
