Role: Senior CDM Advisor
Location: London (offices in Central London with projects across the city)
Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 + excellent benefits package

WRG are supporting a property & construction consultancy who have ambitious growth plans, our client has been established for over 20 years and they offer a range of professional services to a diverse client base (including project management, cost management, building surveying and CDM/ PD).
The business has been appointed on a range of construction projects across London to offer a CDM/ PD service to clients in the residential, education, commercial, retail, leisure, heritage, hotel and mixed-use sectors. The business supports Architects, Residential developers and Tier One Contractors on these projects to ensure CDM and BSA compliance.
The role would suit an experienced CDM professional from a consultancy background who is looking for the next step in their career and would like to join a dynamic business who puts there employees first.
Responsibilities:
- Offer a range of CDM/ PD services to clients.
- Oversee the design risk register and attend design risk reviews, along with offering input in relation to safety in design.
- Ensure that pre-construction information is readily available for each project and is kept up to date.
- Preparation of health and safety files and construction phase plans where required.
- Carry out site inspections and ensure that RAMS are in place.
- Further build and develop existing client relationships and develop new ones.
Requirements:
- NEBOSH Construction Certificate or equivalent.
- NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent (desirable but not required).
- Membership to IOSH, APS, IIRSM or similar professional body.
- Excellent understanding of 2015 CDM Regulations.
- Good understanding of BSA and the changes affecting the industry.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
