Responsibilities
Assist in identifying and understanding client recruitment needs in the construction sector.
Post job advertisements on various platforms to attract suitable candidates.
Screen CVs and applications to shortlist potential candidates for interview.
Conduct telephone interviews to assess candidates’ suitability and interest.
Coordinate interview schedules between clients and candidates, ensuring a smooth process.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and candidates to foster long-term partnerships.
Keep detailed records of candidate interactions and progress within our recruitment database.
Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and candidates.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
A keen interest in the construction industry and recruitment processes is essential.
Proficiency in using various social media platforms and job boards for candidate sourcing.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills for maintaining accurate records.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute positively to team dynamics.
Sales or related experience would be preferred
