I’m assisting a Commercial Manager I know very well for a leading 5* High Spec Housebuilder locally in Warwickshire.

He is looking to strengthen with a commercial hire of a Quantity Surveyor, willing to put together a strong financial package to get the right person on board.

Managing own sites (1-3 lives sites at any given time) which are typically trad build homes/apartments to a high level finish.
