We are assisting a Commercial Director we know very well for a leading Developer locally, due to growth of the region is seeking to bring on board a AQS.

You will be assisting Surveyors at all levels would be working on 2-4 live sites at any given stage, a mixture of both Trad build and Timber frame developments throughout the region. When comfortable (if not already) you will be tasked at running your own live site(s)

Willing to put together a strong financial package to get the right person on board, open to being flexible on the financials to do this.
