Role: Senior Cost Manager/Quantity Surveyor
Location: London Bridge
Salary: £60,000 – £75,000

An amazing opportunity to join a small boutique consultancy specialising in high-end prime and super prime residential and commercial projects.

Based in London Bridge, you’ll be leading projects ranging from £1mill up to £40mill in London and the Home Counties, going as far as Hampshire. Working with high net worth clients as well as the best in class of interior designers and architects.

Responsibilities:

• Lead your projects autonomously
• Manage and nurture client relationships effectively
• Assist in supporting and developing the younger team

Requirements:

• Ideally MRICS or close to achieving
• Strong background in construction consultancy
• Experience managing high-end residential projects at a consultancy
• Relevant degree
