WRG is proudly supporting a leading multi-discipline practice in West London. We are looking for a Chartered Building Surveyor to join the already successful division. My client is seeking a forward-thinking and proactive professional to compliment the team.

The practice are industry experts and pride themselves in delivering accurate construction advice across the built environment. The building consultancy team is leading exclusive schemes across the residential, education, healthcare and commercial sectors. You will work in collaboration with other departments across the consultancy delivering multi-million pound schemes across London and the surrounding home counties.

The opportunity is to lead your own programmes from inception to completion, you will liaise with important stakeholders and spot new business opportunities. Ideally you are an experienced Chartered Building Surveyor who has experience in leading projects, typical values range between £400k – £2.8million.

Chartered Building Surveyor

• BSc in Building Surveying
• MRICS Qualified
• Strong technical knowledge
• Proven project experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Full UK drivers licence
