An award-winning multi-discipline practice in South East London is looking to grow their building consultancy team with the addition of a Building Surveyor.

The established practice takes great pride and responsibility in delivering accurate construction advice across the built environment. Due to continued success and planned growth plans a position has arisen. We are looking for a building surveyor who comes from a proven projects background. You the successful building surveyor will manage a diverse client portfolio and undertake schemes across South East London and surrounding home counties. Project values range from £300k – £4.5million.

The role is to deliver maintenance and refurbishment schemes in the public housing, education and commercial sectors. You will lead several multi-million pound projects, liaise and manage important stakeholders and provide high levels of expertise.

• Party Wall Matters
• Defect analysis
• Specification and Schedule of Works
• Building surveys
• Refurbishment

Building Surveyor

• BSc in Building Surveying
• Ideally MRICS or MCIOB qualified or working towards this
• Minimum 18 months experience in similar role
• Proven project experience
• Strong technical knowledge
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Full UK drivers licence
