QS | Luxury Developer | Rutland | Up to £60k + P

I’m working with a SME business out of the East Midlands region that are a highly regarded luxury residential developer that are award winning and highly regarded, the MD is looking for a QS to come on board and lead on the commercial side, paying up to £60k plus package.

As an SME business you will have a more broad involvement outside of the usual surveying role at times.

Typically projects are of a very high-spec 10-20 units per development.
