I’m working with a Commercial Director I know well out of the Warrington region, He is looking to bring on board a Managing Quantity Surveyor.

Working for a National Developer, highly regarded for delivering residential new build projects throughout the UK.

Successful applicant will be looking for an experienced Surveyor with management experience as this for the most part will be a purely managerial role. Will be looking after 12 Surveyor (4 QS, 4 AQS and 4 SQS) Looking after 20 sites. Will be the lead on CVR’s and valuations quarterly which work out around 7 a month.
Coins experience is essential.
