Design Manager | High End Main Contractor | Essex | £75k

One of our main clients are looking for a Design Manager due to the win of a few new projects. They are a well reputable multi-disciplinary contractor operating in Birmingham, London and Ireland. They are expanding their London division and it is an exciting time for ambitious candidates to join an exciting company and progress internally as the company grows.

They are seeking someone to take a large residential scheme in Essex, from start to finish. Keen on speaking to candidates with High End residential Fit out experience.

Person specification

·        High end Resi or fit out / hospitality experience

·        Experience with Residential Facilities (Spa, Gym, Concierge,

·        Ability to work autonomously

·        Well presented, articulate and ability to liaise with client and partners

·        Good technical understanding of latest UK regulations

·        4-6 years experience

·        Design management or Architectural background

·        Organised and proficient in document controlling software (Procore, Asite, 4 Projects etc)

·        Track record of starting and finishing projects inc Handover Experience
