We are working with a fast growing, boutique surveying firm in Mayfair providing property services across commercial, residential, and industrial sectors. As a result of substantial growth, we are looking for either an Associate, Senior  Associate or even a “head of” to shape an already busy L&T department.

The business is awash with L&T instructions which stem from a very active Property Management department.

As a Senior figure, you will be at the heart of our client interactions, driving successful lease negotiations and ensuring seamless property management. Your role will be crucial in strengthening client relationships, maximizing property value, and resolving disputes efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven professional to make a significant impact at a time where expansion and growth is fundamental to their future plans.

As the successful applicant you will be chartered with strong experience in Commercial Rent Reviews, Lease Renewals, Lease Restructuring/Lease surrenders, Dispute Resolution. Collective enfranchisement desired although not essential.
