This vacancy has been brought to us due to growth and the successful candidate will cover key areas across the south from Berkshire, Wilshire and Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire, down to Hampshire, Surrey and Dorset.

As a Development Planner, you’ll be an integral part of the team, conducting thorough site assessments, preparing and submitting planning applications (hybrid/outline) and collaborating with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to create well-designed, sustainable developments.
