Asset Manager – Mixed Commercial Assets

We are working with a privately-owned, highly liquid Asset and Investment Management business in North West London, seeking to hire a career focused Commercial Property Asset Manager with the appetite to take on a varied role on the client side, offering a genuine opportunity to combine value-add commercial property management with asset management.

Your role will see you working autonomously in a role with flexibility, managing a mixed bag of commercial assets across the UK. The portfolio will consist of offices, industrial, retail with residential uppers. You will be reporting into the Head of Commercial Property, responsible for managing and inspecting multiple properties in addition to rent reviews, lease renewals, re-gears, portfolio strategy and acquisition / disposal work, development and refurbishment, amongst other value add pieces.
