One of our main clients are looking for a Design Coordinator due to the win of a few new projects. They are a well reputable multi-disciplinary contractor operating in London and home counties. They are expanding the business and it is an exciting time for ambitious candidates to join an exciting company and progress internally as the company grows.

They are seeking someone to take a number of new residentials scheme in London, from start to finish. Keen on speaking to candidates with developer/main contractor experience.

Person specification

·        Residential experience

·        Ability to work autonomously

·        Well presented, articulate and ability to liaise with client and partners

·        Good technical understanding of latest UK regulations

·        3-5 years experience

·        Design management or Architectural background

·        Organised and proficient in document controlling software

·        Track record of starting and finishing projects inc Handover Experience
