Senior Property Manager, Leasehold and Mixed-Use (Commercial)

We are hiring a Senior Property Manager for a long established SME (circa 100 employees), which has one of the best reputations for specialist property advice across all sectors.

Reporting into the Partner for leasehold and Commercial Property Management, You will be responsible for your own portfolio of residential blocks alongside commercial mixed use – office, retail, and leisure properties across London and further afield.

You will conduct work in portfolio management, tenant management, insurances, L&T, lease management, health and safety, service charge and budget management. You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities to add value to the portfolio.

We are looking for professionals with commercial property management experience as a minimum as the residential side can be taught.

MRICS is preferred but not essential as well as knowledge of some Property / FM Management Software i.e.: QUBE, TRAMPS, Planet FM etc.
